Terms of Service

1. Service Agreement

These Terms govern the mobile brake repair and related automotive services provided by Brakes Now ("we," "us," "our") to customers in the Tampa Bay area. By requesting a quote or scheduling service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes provided through our website or by phone are estimates based on the vehicle and service information you provide. A firm quote is confirmed before any work begins. Once you approve a firm quote, the price does not change on arrival unless additional work is discovered and explicitly approved by you in advance.

We do not charge surprise fees. If we find additional issues during service, we will show you photos, explain the problem, and provide a separate quote. You decide whether to proceed. No pressure.

3. Warranty

All repairs performed by Brakes Now are backed by our written warranty covering parts and labor. If a defect arises in workmanship or materials within the warranty period, we will return and repair the issue at no charge. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, neglect, or modifications made by third parties after our service.

4. Service Location Requirements

You agree to provide a safe, flat, and accessible location for our technicians to perform service. This includes adequate space to park a service vehicle and work around your vehicle. If the location is deemed unsafe or inaccessible, we may reschedule the appointment at no penalty.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Quotes are provided in U.S. dollars.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule an appointment at no charge by calling us at least 2 hours before the scheduled service time. Same-day cancellations within 2 hours of the appointment may be subject to a trip fee.

7. Limitation of Liability

Brakes Now is not liable for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by prior improper repairs, or issues unrelated to the services we performed. Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair performed. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate vehicle information, make the vehicle available at the scheduled time and location, and authorize work before it begins. You are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is safe to service (e.g., not on an incline, not blocking traffic).

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
